You thought you had the tools. Then life happened.
You’ve done the work. The breathwork, the ice baths, the self-improvement books. Maybe you've coasted, thinking life was good… until it wasn’t.
A rupture came: divorce, death, identity collapse, burnout, betrayal.
And suddenly, your toolbox doesn’t cut it.
You’re left with emotions you don’t know how to hold, a grief you can’t name, and a quiet fear you’ll never quite feel like yourself again.
This space is for you.
The high-functioning man who feels lost.
The sensitive man who feels alone.
The grounded man who’s ready for deeper ground.

I help men access fundamental okayness,
unleash creative potential,
and live broken open.
I offer powerful group programs, intimate coaching, and community spaces where men can show up real, raw, and fully expressed.
This work is not about bypassing pain or some sort of formulaic "quick fix."
It’s about the deep work of building the capacity to be with it all — and come out the other side, not harder but deeper. Not numb but alive. Not collapsed but wildly expressed.
This is what it means to live broken open.
"Albert is a true master at cultivating creativity."

Good F*cking Grief
A Free Workshop for the Transforming Pain Into Power
Grief doesn’t just happen when someone dies.
It happens when your life doesn’t go the way you thought it would.
And it's not something to "get over." It's a profound journey that can break you open and reshape your very being. This free, live, interactive workshop offers a sanctuary where you can honor your grief, connect with others who truly understand, and begin the transformative process of healing.

Hi, I'm Albert. I guide men through grief and into grounded, open-hearted living.
I’ve been through the fire myself—losing my father and brother in the same year cracked me open in ways no self-help book prepared me for. What I needed wasn’t another tool. I needed a place to fall apart and be held.
I needed someone to say: you don’t have to do this alone.
Now, I offer that to others.
With a background in grief work, men’s work, and Buddhist practice (without the dogma), I guide men into a new kind of strength—one rooted in presence, not performance.
I don’t teach you how to fix your feelings.
I help you remember how to hold the fullness of what you feel—and how to live from there. I facilitate spaces where you can remember that you already have everything you need inside you.

A Story About Opening Our Hearts to the Unexpected Gifts Hidden in Plain Sight
As Marianne Williamson so eloquently writes, "it is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us."
This timeless tale follows the whimsical ways of a rabbit who is afraid of the light, and the unexpected gift that comes when his shoe goes missing.

"This is a timeless story which is so relevant to children, teens and adults. It’s a reminder to each of us to lean into and embrace our fears."
Trish
"I love this book! It is beautifully illustrated, with a wonderfully whimsical story, funny 'swear' words that will make kids laugh (like "Garfunkle-ka-poo!") and a meaningful message."
Julia
"No matter what fear a child may have, this wonderful tale of a dithering rabbit with an unusual approach to life can help allay it. It’s certainly worth a try."

Private Mentorship
For Men Who
The world needs men who are fully expressed, fully embodied, and living at the edge of their capacity. In this immersive, 3-month mentorship, I help men access their own innate wisdom, intelligence, strength, clarity, and creativity through a range of practices and exercises (from meditation, clown-work, writing, somatic practices, and anything else that will get you out of your head and into your heart). Note: this is for men who are ready to go deep, and is not for the faint of heart.
